The THINK B.I.G. program provides education, youth development, and career exploration services to any Club member, but especially those in need of educational assistance. Members participate in homework help, tutoring, mentoring sessions, and career exploration activities in an effort to increase their academic achievement and knowledge of career opportunities. Field trips and guest speakers help expand their horizons. Participants are offered ten career exploration activities during a sixteen week session.

This program is based upon the Boys & Girls Clubs of America's Project Learn / Power Hour program. The program improves proficiency in reading and math, enabling Club members to develop the daily habit of completing homework in a safe, quiet, and supportive atmosphere supervised by staff who offer both encouragement and assistance. The activities are provided in both group and individual settings.

Club members ages 6-18 achieve academic success by receiving homework help, tutoring and high-yield learning activities and encouraging members to become self-directed learners. Beyond homework and daily reading, the Learning Center offers puzzles, brain games (like Jeopardy and Sudoku), science, math and reading worksheets, coloring sheets and board games, depending on the members assigned homework and areas of academic focus.
